Admissions Application.
The
file is an Adobe PDF file but instead of just being able to view
and print the file, you can fill out the form and send it to MMCC through
email. Just
click on the space where you would normally write, then start
typing. It's that easy!
At the bottom of page two
is a
"Submit by Email" button.
Print
a copy of of the application for your records and then
click the
submit button once and your application will be on its way! If
you do not hear from us within 3 working days, please mail or
bring in their copy.

and sending it to MMCC, you are certifying that the information is complete and
accurate in every respect. If you are a recipient of
Financial Aid, you plan to pursue a degree or certificate. You understand
that falsification or omission of any information requested on this application
may result in cancellation of admission. Further, you understand that
information gained from the application for admission, high school transcripts,
other college transcripts, and test scores may be used by my academic advisor
and/or counselor when scheduling classes.
