All students must complete and return a Health Careers Application  to the Admissions Office.

Admission into all health programs is limited due to the number of clinical spaces available.  The number of students admitted is subject to change based on the availability of clinical spaces.  

If you have taken science courses prior to admission into a specific health program the courses must have been completed within five years of the date you formally begin the program.  If the science courses were taken longer than five years prior to the formal start date, the courses must be repeated for credit or you must test out of the courses.  No time limitations are imposed on general academic courses.
